No due diligence from judges

The hosts and judges clearly neglected to do their research. Most of the projects submitted for the hackathon were resubmissions of existing projects with only minor changes. No preference was given to those who poured their heart and soul into building a project in the two month span

Submission to Hedera (7 months ago) : https://devpost.com/software/b4b-world

Road Incident Predictor: Submission to multiple hackathons (4 months ago) with no modification https://devpost.com/software/road-incident-predictor

Elk Finance: Already a well established project since March 2021, who made a little tweek to add tron chain. https://devpost.com/software/elk-finance

I'm sorry, but I think it's unfair that you expect us to bear the consequences for what other people have done. You should revoke all winning submissions and redo your judging. It's clear that you failed to take proper precautions against cheating. The fact that it took us two minutes to find a team that had cheated shows how easy it was for people to cheat. It makes no sense that we are punished for the teams' laziness, and you get to keep the money. You made it as easy as rewriting a project's description could win $60K
