Confirming Eligibility

Good day, I am very excited about the hackathon. From the rules, I understand Zimbabwe to be eligible but, I just meant to confirm so that I can work on the hackathon with possibility of winning. Is Zimbabwe: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zimbabwe eligible? I think it is but, I want to make sure.

    Hello, Thank you for checking in! Yes, Zimbabwe is not on the list of excluded countries for this hackathon. Below is a quote from the rules where it specifies the excluded countries:

    "B. The Hackathon IS NOT open to:
    • Individuals who are residents of, or Organizations domiciled in, a country, state, province or territory where the laws of the United States or local law prohibits participating in or receiving a prize in the Hackathon (including, but not limited to, Brazil, Quebec, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and any other country designated by the United States Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control) "
