Track question

Hello, under the rules it reads: 'Entrants must determine if they are eligible for the Academy Track or Ecosystem Track.' If I don't have a working software application on Ethereum can I build one for this hackathon?

  Yes, you can and should build a working software application for the judges to test out in order for them to score. If you are working on an Ethereum project, then you can only join the Ecosystem track. However, if you are working on a TRON/BTTC project, you may join one of the four tracks - Web3, NFT, DeFi, and GameFi. Only University students can join the Academy track.
